Himmat has over 25 years of experience in the real estate market spread across various asset classes.
Prior to co-founding Himmat & Rohini Singh LLP (which was born out of Touchstone Real Estate Advisors which he founded in 2005), Himmat worked at CBRE in New Delhi from 1997 to 1998 and from 2000 to 2003 in various roles ranging from brokerage, corporate real estate services, and consulting & valuation. He set up and headed CBRE’s investment services department in New Delhi in 2002.
Himmat has a Master of Science degree in Real Estate (Finance and Investment) from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.

Rohini has over 26 years of experience in the residential property market.
Prior to co-founding Himmat & Rohini Singh LLP (which was born out of Rohini Realtors which she founded in 2000), Rohini worked at Hazari Realtors in Mumbai from 1995 to 1997 and then at CBRE in New Delhi from 1997 to 1999. Thereafter, she set up and headed the residential department at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in New Delhi from 1999 to 2000.
Rohini has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Xavier’s College, Bombay.
